Easma guide
Shopping and order help
Find the right design, check your order and get help with delivery or a return.
Buying from Easma.net
Browse a collection, open a product and use its purchase button. The button opens our retail partner in a new tab for the exact selected product. Confirm the product option, price, delivery estimate and seller details there before placing the order.
Find an existing order
Sign in to the same retail account used at checkout and open your orders. The retailer provides the current delivery status, available cancellation or return actions and customer-service options for that order. Easma.net does not store payment details or an order history.
Price and availability
Prices and availability may change. Review your selected design, quantity and final price before placing the order.
Returns and delivery
Shipping and return terms depend on the exact retail order and the options shown at checkout. Use the retailer's order page for the applicable window, label and refund status. This site does not promise a separate Easma delivery or returns policy.
Product selection questions
Compare the design dimensions with your wall before ordering. For application, check that the surface is suitable and test a small, inconspicuous area first.
