Common questions
Before you commit to the wall
Which surfaces work best?
Start with a clean, dry, smooth surface. Texture, dust, moisture and uncured paint
can reduce adhesion. Check the product instructions and test a small piece in a
discreet spot before applying the full design.
Can I reuse the decals?
Reusability varies by material and product. Check whether your decals can be reused
before planning to move them to another surface.
Where is my order handled?
Checkout, payment, shipping updates and returns are handled in the retail account
used to place the order.
